Key Responsibilities
- Identify and explore targeted blocks or areas using data analysis to find high-potential opportunities for rentals and sales.
- Organise and attend show days — prepare marketing materials, coordinate schedules, and ensure professional property presentation.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and tenants to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute property promotions.
- Manage leads effectively using tech-enabled systems and digital tools.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and proactive communication.
- Support leasing administration, renewals, and documentation processes.
- Provide regular progress updates and insights to management.
- Stay informed on market trends, legislation, and competitive activity.
Qualifications
- Senior Certificate (NQF 4) (required).
- Registered with the EAAB/PPRA as an Intern, Full Status, or Principal Agent.
- Completion of the PDE Exam (advantageous but not essential for interns).
Experience and Knowledge
- Property sales and/or rental experience is advantageous but not essential.
- We welcome junior agents, graduates, or those transitioning into real estate with a strong passion for property.
- Knowledge of the local property market will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, well-presented, and confident.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Responsible and well-organised.
- Tech-savvy with good computer literacy.
- Eager to learn and grow within a high-performance environment.
- Specific Requirements
- Preferably reside in the specific area of operation.
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence.
- Clear credit, criminal, and health record.
- Two written references.
- Uncapped internet at home.
